UK Shipping Rates

We offer secure and trackable delivery options for all UK orders:

• Standard UK Shipping: £4.95 (delivered within 2-4 business days).
• Complimentary UK Shipping: Free for all orders of £50 or more (automatically applied at checkout).

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed, packed, and shipped from our Harrow facility during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation containing tracking links once your package leaves our warehouse.

Our Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you need to make a return, we accept unopened, unused cosmetics in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@thenexusglobe.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items received were incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
