Where do you deliver?
Currently, our store is optimized for delivery within the United Kingdom. We offer standard shipping for £4.95 and complimentary shipping on orders over £50. All tracking details are emailed immediately upon dispatch.
Can I check out as a guest?
Yes. Guest checkout is fully enabled. However, creating an account allows you to securely save your billing addresses, review order history, and track active deliveries easily.
Are taxes calculated automatically?
Yes. UK VAT and standard taxes are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The prices shown on product pages include standard taxes where applicable.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account page at any time to view shipping status. Additionally, you will receive emails when your order is placed, when it is dispatched, and when it is marked as delivered.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused beauty items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Can I use multiple promotional codes?
Only one coupon or discount code can be applied per order. You can enter your coupon code on either the Cart page or the Checkout page before finalizing payment.
